About Us
Lake Ridge Elementary PTA is an association made up pf Pre-K-5th grade parents, teachers, administrators, and community members who work together to provide an exceptional experience and learning environment to help our scholars succeed. We support programs and events throughout the year as well as providing funding for programs and learning tools that enhance and enrich our children's experience in the classroom.
Since 2006, our Parent Teacher Association (PTA) has been involved and funded programs and events like:
- Popcorn Friday
- The Candy Shoppe (operated by 5th-grade scholars)
- Grandparent's Day
- Movie Nights
- Spring Dance
- Muffin with Mom
- Teacher Appreciation Week
- and more
Our mission is to strive to support and advocate for our children by partnering with staff, families, and the wider community to create a safe and healthy learning environment where our scholars can excel and feel confident in themselves.
Why You Should Join Us
Visit The Parent Center
The Lake Ridge Elementary PTA's desire was to recreate the Parent Center as a resource for our families, however, due to COVID-19, we decided to create a HUB for parents to open each day or at the end of the week for support and resources. Here you can check out materials to use with your scholar, network with other parents, ask questions about the school, and learn about resources in our community and where you can get assistance. This is also a place to learn about PTA and All-Pro Dads and how you can get involved. We want you to feel at home at Lake Ridge Elementary even if were are distances away.
